I was going to be doing a project with the grade 7s on South African artist, Peter Clarke. In my google lead research, I discovered another British Peter Clarke who was also an artist! He works primarily in collage and I really liked his stuff! I decided to do an art project based around Clarke (British Clarke) with my grade 4s! Here is my own example I could show them.
I did this in preparation for a project with the grade 5s. I focused on hot and cold colours and their contrast.
After doing a project for the grade 7s on Picasso I was inspired to make this guitarist…
I sometimes love doing this! I do one or two random pictures and then fill all the remaining space with little people or creatures that populate the space! When I was young I loved drawing stick men!
